New York, Nov. 16 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $250,000 of 0% buffered jump securities with autocallable feature due Oct. 30, 2026 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus an annual 6.25% premium if each index closes at or above its call level on any annual observation date. The call level will start at 102% and then will increase by 2% each year, ending at 110% on Oct. 27, 2025.
