New York, Nov. 11 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.01 million of 0% dual directional contingent buffered digital notes due Oct. 19, 2022 tied to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus a 23.75% digital return.
If any index falls but by no more than the 30% contingent buffer, the payout will be par plus 50% of the absolute value of the return of the least-performing index.
If any index falls by more than 30%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least-performing index.
