New Issue: Barclays sells $6.64 million contingent income autocalls on Nasdaq, S&P, Russell

By Taylor Fox

New York, Nov. 6 – Barclays Bank plc priced $6.64 million of contingent income autocallable securities due Oct. 12, 2023 linked to the Russell 2000 index, the S&P 500 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index closes at or above the downside threshold level, 80% of its initial level, on a quarterly determination date, the notes will pay a contingent payment that quarter at an annualized rate of 11%.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly determination date.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to the 80% downside threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the final contingent coupon. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final level of the least performing index is less than the initial level.

Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is a dealer.
