Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 20 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $2.42 million of 0% capped buffered equity notes due Oct. 13, 2022 linked to a basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 index with a 70% weight, the Russell 2000 index with a 15% weight and the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF with a 15% weight.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If the basket finishes at or above its initial value, the payout at maturity will be par plus the basket gain up to 17%. Investors will receive par if the basket falls by up to 15% and will be exposed to any losses beyond 15%.
