Credit Suisse to price autocallable securities on the Russell 2000, Nasdaq-100

By Emma Trincal

New York, Oct. 1 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch plans to price autocallable securities due April 29, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 9.5% per year if the worst-performing index closes at or above its initial level on April 27, 2021 and Oct. 29, 2021.

If the notes are not called, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2 times any gain in the worst-performing index.

If the worst-performing index finishes negative, the payout will be par unless any index finishes below its 70% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the worst performing index from its initial level.

The agent is Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC.

The notes will price on Oct. 27 and settle on Oct. 30.

The Cusip number is 22552WNT8.
