New Issue: Citi sells $659,000 contingent coupon autocalls on S&P, Russell, Nasdaq

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 14 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $659,000 of autocallable contingent coupon equity-linked securities due March 9, 2022 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Nasdaq-100 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup, Inc.

The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at an annual rate of 10.75% if each index closes at or above its 60% coupon barrier value on the observation date for that quarter.

The notes will be called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call review date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any index finishes below its initial level and any index ever close below its 60% knock-in value any day during the life of the notes, in which case investors will be exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.
