New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $250,000 fixed-income buffered autocalls on indexes

Olympia, Wash., Sept. 3 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $250,000 of 8% fixed-income buffered securities due June 3, 2021 linked to the lowest performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be automatically called at par if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly call date.

If each index finishes at or above the 85% buffer level, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the least performing index beyond the buffer.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
