New Issue: Citi prices $750,000 geared buffered digital plus notes on Dow, Russell, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 19 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $750,000 of 0% geared buffered digital plus notes due Aug. 17, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus the greater of the return of the worst performing index and 24%.

If any index falls by up to 15%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1.176471% for every 1% decline of the worst performing index beyond 15%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
