New Issue: HSBC prices $468,000 digital barrier notes linked to S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., July 10 – HSBC USA Inc. priced $468,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due Jan. 7, 2022 linked to the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If each index closes at or above 80% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15%.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
