Barclays plans barrier SuperTrack due 2025 on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., May 18 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due May 30, 2025 linked to the lesser performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the lesser-performing index’s return is positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the lesser-performing index’s return. If the lesser-performing index declines by 30% or less, the payout will be par. If it declines by more than 30%, investors will lose 1% for each 1% that the lesser-performing index declines from its initial level.

Barclays is the agent.

The notes will price on May 29.

The Cusip number is 06747PU31.
