New Issue: Citigroup prices $1.85 million barrier securities on linked to Dow, Russell, S&P

Chicago, May 18 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.85 million of 0% barrier securities due May 13, 2025 linked to the worst performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 195% of the worst performing index if all three underliers finish above their initial level.

If the worst performer declines, but not more than 30%, the payout at maturity will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing index.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
