JPMorgan plans contingent buffered digital notes on Russell 2000

Olympia, Wash., May 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC plans to price 0% contingent buffered digital notes due May 27, 2021 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

If the index gains, finishes flat or falls by up to 40%, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7.1%.

Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC is the agent.

The notes will price on May 20.

The Cusip number is 48132KJ89.
