New Issue: Barclays prices $179,000 notes on S&P 500, Russell 2000

Columbus, Ohio, April 16 – Barclays Bank plc priced $179,000 of notes due April 18, 2024 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the return of the least performing index, subject to a maximum return of 22%.

Investors will be exposed to the first 5% of any loss of the least performing index, with a minimum payout of $950 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.
