New Issue: JPMorgan prices $11.5 million uncapped return enhanced notes on S&P, Russell, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, April 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $11.5 million of 0% uncapped return enhanced notes due April 11, 2022 linked to the least performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index gains, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.8865 times the return of the least-performing index.
Investors will be fully exposed to any loss of the least-performing index.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
