New Issue: Barclays prices $1.13 million SuperTrack notes linked to S&P 500, Russell
Chicago, April 14 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.13 million of 0% SuperTrack notes due April 6, 2023 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus two times the gain of the worse performing index.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worse performing index.
