New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $293,000 digital barrier notes linked to Russell, S&P

Columbus, Ohio, April 13 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $293,000 of 0% digital barrier notes due July 6, 2021 linked to the lowest performing of the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 24.5% unless either index closes below its 75% knock-in level on any day during the life of the notes.

Otherwise, the payout will be par plus the return of the lesser performing index with full exposure to the decline and a maximum payout of par.
