New Issue: Wells prices $505,000 contingent market-linked notes on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., April 8 – Wells Fargo Finance LLC priced $505,000 of 0% market-linked securities due April 4, 2022 – contingent fixed return and fixed percentage buffered downside linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be guaranteed by Wells Fargo & Co.

If each index finishes at or above its initial level, the payout will be par plus 28%.

If either index falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par.

Otherwise, investors will be exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index beyond 10%.
