New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $1.25 million enhanced trigger jump securities on S&P, Russell

Olympia, Wash., March 27 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $1.25 million of 0% enhanced trigger jump securities due March 20, 2025 linked to the least performing of the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If each index finishes at or above its 90% digital threshold, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of 60% and the return of the lesser performing index.
If either index falls by more than 10% but not by more than 30%, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level.
