New Issue: Morgan Stanley prices $250,000 enhanced buffered jump notes on indexes

Olympia, Wash., March 10 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $250,000 of 0% enhanced buffered jump securities due April 1, 2021 linked to the lesser performing of the Dow Jones industrial average, the S&P 500 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final level of each index is greater than or equal to its downside threshold value, 95% of its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 15%. If the final level of either index is less than its downside threshold value, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the lesser-performing index declines beyond 5%.

The notes will be guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
