New Issue: UBS prices $3.95 million 5% airbag yield notes tied to Nasdaq, Russell

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 21 – UBS AG London Branch priced $3.95 million of 5% airbag yield notes due Feb. 23, 2021 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable monthly.
If the final level of the lesser performing asset is greater than or equal to the downside threshold, 83% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.2048% for every 1% decline of the lesser performing asset beyond 17%.
UBS Securities LLC and UBS Investment Bank are the underwriters.
