New Issue: Morgan Stanley sells $2.72 million autocallable jump securities on Russell, S&P

Chicago, June 11 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $2.72 million of 0% jump securities with autocallable feature due June 9, 2022 linked to the worst performing of the Russell 200 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus 13.5% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on June 10, 2021.

The payout at maturity will be par plus twice any gain of the least performing index. If any index remains flat or falls by up to 30% of its initial level, investors will receive par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the lesser performing index.
