Buffalo, N.Y., April 2 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $3.74 million of 0% Performance Leveraged Upside Securities due April 2, 2029 linked to an equally-weighted basket of indexes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the S&P 500 Equal Weight index and the Russell 1000 index
If the basket return is flat or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 130% of the basket return.
Investors will be fully exposed to any basket decline.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
