Rural/Metro prepays $7 million of term B debt

New York, Nov. 8 - Rural/Metro Corp. prepaid $7 million of its term loan B debt, according to a company news release.

With this prepayment, the principal balance on the term loan B has been reduced to $100 million.

Rural/Metro is a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based provider of medical transportation and private fire protection services.
