Rural/Metro shareholder buys 414,800 shares, boosts stake to 12.6%

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 25 - Coliseum Capital Management, LLC bought 414,800 shares of Rural/Metro Corp. stock on Sept. 17 through Sept. 25 priced from $4.10 to $4.39 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor beneficially owns 3,142,917 shares, or 12.6%, of the Scottsdale, Ariz., medical transportation company.
