Rural/Metro shareholder buys 370,329 shares, boosts stake to 8.81%

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 16 - Falck Danmark A/S bought 370,329 shares of Rural/Metro Corp. stock on Nov. 11 through Nov. 13 priced from $5.12 to $5.47 each, according to a schedule 13D/A filed on Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The investor beneficially owns 2,192,754 shares, or 8.81%, of the of the Scottsdale, Ariz., medical transportation company.
