R.R. Donnelley to price $350 million 10-year bullet deal Wednesday

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Nov. 6 - R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. plans to price a $350 million offering of non-callable 10-year senior notes Wednesday, following a late morning investor conference call, market sources say.

The public deal is being led by joint bookrunners BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA) Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The Chicago-based provider of integrated communication solutions to private and public sectors plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, which may include repayment of borrowings under its revolver.
