Czech Republic's RPG talks €400 million notes at 6¾%; pricing Friday

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., April 19 - RPG Byty talked its €400 million offering of seven-year notes (Ba2//) with a 6¾% yield on Friday, a market source said.

That talk represents a downward revision from earlier guidance in the 7% area.

Books are closed, and the deal is set to price Friday.

Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used to repay existing debt and for other corporate purposes.

The roadshow began Tuesday and will conclude on Friday.

The Ostrava, Czech Republic-based company operates and leases residential apartments.
