Czech Republic's RPG on roadshow for €400 million seven-year notes

Atlanta, April 16 - RPG Byty is on a roadshow for a €400 million offering of seven-year notes, a market source said.

The deal is expected to play to both emerging markets and high-yield investors, according to a sellside source in London.

Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan are the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.

The proceeds will be used to repay existing debt and for other corporate purposes.

The roadshow began Tuesday and will conclude on Friday.

The Ostrava, Czech Republic-based company operates and leases residential apartments.
