Atlantic Broadband Finance calls all $150 million of 9 3/8% notes

Minneapolis, April 23 - Atlantic Broadband Finance, LLC and Atlantic Broadband Finance, Inc. announced the redemption of all $150 million of 9 3/8% senior subordinated notes due Jan. 15, 2014, according to a notice.

The bonds will be redeemed at par plus the applicable premium on May 4.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the agent.
