St. Louis, Jan. 20 - Atlantic Broadband Finance LLC started a roadshow Tuesday for $150 million of senior subordinated notes due 2014 (Caa1/CCC+), a market source said.

Pricing is expected during the middle of the Jan. 26 week.

Merrill Lynch & Co. is the bookrunner on the Rule 144A deal. SG Cowen is co-manager.
