Fitch affirms Royal Philips

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Royal Philips' long-term issuer default rating and senior unsecured ratings at A-. The outlook is stable.

“The affirmation is driven by our expectation that Philips’ credit profile will remain in line with the group’s ratings, following the completed transformation into a healthcare player through divestments of non-core operations,” the agency said in a news release.
