Royal Mines and Minerals revises warrants sold in private placements

Expiration dates have been extended to Nov. 18, 2017 and Nov. 19, 2017

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 4 – Royal Mines and Minerals Corp. revised the terms of some of its warrants on Nov. 2, according to an 8-K filed Wednesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The warrants, for a total of 27.32 million shares, were issued in 2012 and 2013 private placements and are each exercisable at $0.10.

The company extended the expiration date of 100,000 of the warrants to Nov. 19, 2017 from Nov. 19, 2015.

The company extended the expiration date of 26.22 million warrants to Nov. 18, 2017 from Nov. 18, 2015.

The company extended the expiration date of 1 million warrants to Nov. 19, 2017 from Nov. 19, 2015.

Royal Mines and Minerals, based in Henderson, Nev., is a precious metals acquisition, exploration and development company.
