Silversea 7¼% notes due 2025 fully guaranteed by Royal Caribbean

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 25 – Silversea Cruises said Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. agreed to provide a full, unconditional unsecured guarantee of the payment obligations of the 7¼% senior secured notes due 2025 of subsidiary Silversea Cruise Finance Ltd.

Silversea announced the agreement in a press release Monday afternoon.

Silversea is luxury cruise line based on Monaco.
