S&P: Royal Caribbean view to positive

S&P said it revised its rating outlook on Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. to positive from stable and affirmed all ratings, including the BB+ corporate credit rating.

"The outlook revision to positive reflects our expectation that Royal could improve total lease and port commitment adjusted debt to EBITDA by approximately 0.5x to the low-3x area in 2017 compared to our forecast in the high-3x area in 2016," S&P credit analyst Melissa Long said in a news release.
