Royal Caribbean Cruises lifts revolving commitments to $3.48 billion

Olympia, Wash., March 11 – Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. exercised the accordion features under two revolving credit agreements, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Commitments under the company’s credit agreement with Nordea Bank AB (publ), New York Branch as administrative agent were raised by $400 million to $1.55 billion.

Commitments under the company’s credit agreement with Bank of Nova Scotia as administrative agent were raised by $200 million to $1,925,000,000.

Royal Caribbean is a Miami-based cruise vacation company.
