New Issue: RBC prices $5.9 million 11.2% trigger callable yield notes on WestRock

Olympia, Wash., Dec. 2 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $5.9 million of 11.2% trigger callable yield notes due Nov. 19, 2020 linked to the common stock of WestRock Co., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date other than the final one.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless the stock finishes below its 70% trigger level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
