New Issue: RBC prices $1.07 million autocallable barrier notes linked to Nasdaq, Dow

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 29 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.07 million of 0% autocallable barrier notes due Oct. 30, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the Nasdaq-100 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be called at par plus 8.35% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

The payout will be par unless any index has finished below its 65% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing index from its initial level.
