New Issue: RBC prices $1.44 million buffered enhanced return notes on MSCI World

Olympia, Wash., Oct. 1 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $1.44 million of 0% buffered enhanced return notes due Aug. 31, 2020 linked to the MSCI World index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 112% of any index gain.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 5% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 5%.
