New Issue: RBC prices $1.4 million notes linked to Nikkei

New York, March 30 - Royal Bank of Canada priced a $1.4 million issue of 0% senior notes due Sept. 28, 2007 linked to the Nikkei 225 index, according to a SUPPL filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Payout at maturity will be three times the gain on the index, capped at 37.5%, measured on Sept. 25, 2007, the final valuation date. Investors will share in any losses.
