San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 27 - Royal Bank of Canada priced $4.77 million of 0% return optimization securities due April 30, 2014 linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
UBS Financial Services Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are the agents.
The payout at maturity will be par plus three times any gain in the fund, up to a maximum return of 13.54%.
Investors will be fully exposed to any losses.
