Los Angeles, Sept. 25 – Royal Bank of Canada issued $100 million of floating-rate notes due September 2024 (Aa1) at par to yield SOFR plus 50 basis points, according to a filing with the London Stock Exchange.

RBC Europe Ltd. was the dealer.
