New Issue: RBC sells $150 million floating-rate notes due 2023

Chicago, July 7 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $150 million of floating-rate senior notes due July 2023 (Moody’s Canada: Aa1/S&P Canada: A-1+) at par, according to a notice of the final terms.

The interest will be based on SOFR plus 60 basis points, payable quarterly.

Royal Bank of Canada, London Branch is the agent.
