New Issue: RBC sells $771,000 leveraged market-linked notes on ARK Innovation ETF

Chicago, March 7 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $771,000 of 0% market-linked securities with leveraged upside participation to a cap and fixed percentage buffered downside due Dec. 19, 2022 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any fund gain, up to par plus 17%.
Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 12.5% and will lose 1% for every 1% decline beyond 12.5%.
