DBRS assigns AAA to RBC bonds

DBRS said it assigned an AAA rating to Royal Bank of Canada’s covered bonds, series CB63 (series CB63) issued under its global covered bond program. Series CB63 ($2.5 billion) has a coupon rate of 1.05% and a maturity date of Sept. 14, 2026.

All covered bonds issued under the program rank pari passu with each other and are rated AAA by DBRS, the agency said.
