New Issue: RBC prices $5 million 10% autocallable fixed-coupon barrier notes on two stocks

Olympia, Wash., March 6 – Royal Bank of Canada priced $5 million of 10% autocallable fixed-coupon barrier notes due March 2, 2023 linked to the lesser performing of the common stocks of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Nvidia Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable quarterly.

The notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date after six months.

The payout will be par unless any stock has finished below its 50% barrier level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the lesser performing stock from its initial level.
