Route1 announces C$10 million private placement of stock

Des Moines, Oct. 15 - Route1 Inc. plans to raise up to C$10 million from a private placement of stock.

The placement will be conducted through a syndicate of agents led by Raymond James Ltd. and including GMP Securities LP and Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.

Settlement is expected on Oct. 30.

Toronto-based Route1 develops identity-management systems for remote computing.
