S&P puts Roundy's on watch

Standard & Poor's said it placed its ratings on Roundy's Supermarkets Inc. on CreditWatch with negative implications following the company's announcement of its third-quarter results, which were notably weaker than expected.

"Our rating on Roundy's currently reflects our view of the company's 'weak' business risk profile and 'highly leveraged' financial risk profile," said S&P credit analyst Charles Pinson-Rose in a news release.
