Moody’s: Rota das Bandeiras to negative

Moody's America Latina said it affirmed the corporate family ratings and senior secured ratings assigned to the R$1.1 billion debentures due 2024 of Rota das Bandeiras SA at Ba3/A3.br.

The outlook was revised to negative from stable.

Moody’s said the negative outlook reflects the challenges that lie ahead to secure the appropriate financing and/or close on financing sources at adequate terms on a timely fashion to avoid deterioration of the company's credit quality.
