New York, Aug. 29 - Ross River Minerals Inc. said it has increased to C$1.6 million its previously announced C$1.5 million private placement.
The offering now includes up to 6.4 million units at C$0.25 each.
The units are comprised of one share and one half-share warrant. The whole warrants are exercisable at C$0.35 each for two years.
The deal was first announced Aug. 19 as a C$1.5 million offering comprised of 6 million units under the same terms.
Based in Vancouver, B.C., Ross River is a mineral exploration company.
