Moody's: Rossiyskiy unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said that the change in ownership of Rossiyskiy Kredit Bank will have no immediate effect on the bank's Caa1/Not Prime/E ratings.

Moody's said the bank's standalone bank financial strength rating of E, mapping to a standalone credit assessment of Caa1, is constrained by its weak franchise, volatile financials and high exposure to both credit and market risks.

The rating is, however, supported by the bank's high capitalization, the agency said.
